unique approach

Tricolom’s unique approach is called Collaborative Offset Management (COM).

We pool together the offset obligations of different suppliers and to create “baskets” of projects for specific countries. There are lots of benefits to this approach:

Designed by Tricolom, it gives immediate access to information which would previously have taken hours to compile.

However, we are increasingly finding that companies who provide support services are also being asked to help fulfil offsets as part of their contracts with the supplier who has an offset obligation. We work with these companies to generate offsets for their clients and to win new business.

Increasingly we are also working with companies who wish to use offsets in order to expand into new geographies, reduce their operating and manufacturing costs, put in place global supply chains and gain access to new markets or to commercialise their intellectual property.

non-offset projects

We also help companies who are taking on large scale projects which have nothing to do with fulfilment of offset obligations.
